The selected applicant will join our Core Deposit Team with the objective to both grow our deposits as well as provide excellent customer service to Arcadian Bank's current customers. This will be an exciting, fast-paced environment with room to grow in your career.

Job Description:

The Deposit Servicing Specialist will work closely with the Core Deposit Team on the following tasks:

  • Prepare new account paperwork for Consumer and Business Accounts
  • Have a clear understanding of rules and regulations
  • Maintaining electronic files
  • Prospecting for new business
  • Opening consumer accounts
  • Thorough understanding of the products and services the bank offers
  • Perform a wide variety of account services including, but not limited to setting up remote deposit, mobile banking and online banking
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Help to build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers
  • Work according to strategically developed plan
  • Assisting customers with their banking questions or needs
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Banking experience preferred, but not required
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to multi-task, organize projects, and prioritize
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows, Internet and other software
  • Willingness to work harmoniously with others in completing projects and tasks
  • Readiness to respond positively to instructions and procedures
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Trustworthiness with confidential information
